Board Of Directors
| Board members are elected to serve a three year term within which they may change positions. For example, a board member may serve as Member At Large for the first year, Treasurer for the second year, and President for the third year. |

Area Development Deirdre Goggins Provides information received from local businesses, city and county government officials that affect our community via the newsletter and website. Budget Doug Mink Covenant Control Board Of Directors To enforce applicable provisions of the Restrictive Covenants, the By-Laws, any rules and regulations of the Corporation, and any other instrument for the management and control of the property. Landscape Walter Sotillo Responsible for landscape and infrastructure maintenance and improvements of common areas.

Amenity Center Director This is a year round part time position that requires an average of two to four hours a week with a number of responsibilites pertaining to the use and maintenance of the facilities. Architectural Control Tami Southwest Management Services is responsible for approving architectural improvement requests from residents. Block Captains & Neighborhood Watch Doug Mink Neighbors that serve as the eyes and ears for the Sheriff's department and assist the police in making Vista Oaks safer for all the residents. Recreation Deirdre Goggins Responsible for management, maintenance, and improvements of pool and recreational amenities. Social Angela Beechum, Josh & Kristy Broussard, Kelly Hall & Mandy Finscher Responsible for neighborhood sponsored social and civic activities.
