Call 811 Before You Dig
As we are all home for the next couple of weeks, home projects will get underway. Per state and federal laws homeowners are required to “Call 811 Before You Dig”.
Our biggest concern is safety for the families in our communities. Unreported damages today and cause issues later on.
Stop means stop
It has been reported to the HOA Board of Directors from neighbors and the neighborhood officers that residents are failing to stop at the posted stop signs.
This is dangerous and against the law. Residents are actively being written citations for rolling through stop signs throughout Vista Oaks.
Please help keep our neighborhood safe by making a complete stop at all stop signs in the neighborhood.
Report broken streetlights
Broken streetlights are handled by the MUD office and they’ve created an easy way to report lights that are no longer working.
You will need to supply your name and email address along with the details about the problem you’re reporting.
Not getting our emails?
Important news and information is sent regularly to all resident’s email addresses on file in the Resident Portal.
If your email address is incorrect or outdated, you won’t receive the notices.
